The bluebirds and wrens love these more than other brands. They consist of more whole but smaller mealworms. The wild birds don’t like dried small pieces of mealworms or larger dried worms, and these have substance (don’t crumble as easily) but are also the perfect size for the smaller wild birds!
I have fed these mealworms to my blue birds for several years. Unfortunately all of the other birds enjoy too, but oh well. I enjoy the blue birds.
